return policy
it wasn't that color on the screen
basically it breaks down like this; if you don't like what you bought, return it within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money (not the shipping + handling though, that's ours). if for some reason, you decide rejecting the magnificent piece of jewelry is really what you want to do, then please ship it in a manner that will ensure it does not get busted up on its way back to us. (read: insured, tracked + padded) you can ship your carefully packaged box back to us at:

RINjuel
attn: Reluctant Returns Dept.
P.O. Box 68211
Nashville, TN 37206

once we receive the foresaken piece, we will inspect it, refund your dough (minus the s+h, of course) and send you an email letting you know we did these things. now. if we get your ostracized piece back and it is all busted up, we have a problem. unfortunately for pieces that are returned broken (other than those covered in the "bad mailman" clause), there is a 10% restocking fee. yeah, we know, that sucks. now after all that is sorted out and we have figured out how much you get back, we turn it over to the credit card people to return your money. typically we hear that it takes about 2 weeks from when we call it in, so please think long and hard about returning those wonderfully original jewelry pieces. p.s. return shipping costs are on your own dime.

it don't fit
now as for those of you who have purchased the wrong sized necklace or ring. well, the easy solution is to gain or lose weight accordingly. but since that is easier said than done, RINjuel will be more than happy to exchange your piece for another sized appropriately. just ship your mis-sized piece back to RINjuel (see above for details) and we will have your new piece off to you right quick (usually 2 days after we receive it).

bad mailman
OK, so we all know that sometimes packages find a way to get crushed sumo style while in transit. if you receive a package that has seen the wrong end of a boot, please email us within 2 days. after we get back to you, please place the damaged piece in a new box (again, see above for details) and ship it back to us. we will issue you a replacement piece (no charge) and then deal with the clumsy carrier who crushed our jewelry.

while you are at our site we take every step to make it as secure as possible. when shopping anywhere online, you'll know you are in secure location when the "location" or "url" at the top of the page begins with "https" rather than "http" ("s" stands for "secure"). on our site, you will notice that you are redirected to a place called "sitemason.com". don't get scared, this is suppose to happen. we have contracted with the highly talented and amazing people at sitemason , to handle all our ecommerce transactions. they have the secure servers, so they handle the actual transactions.
